I love making Lettuce Wraps. Here's a link to a recipe for Korean Lettuce Wraps. I used ground turkey but have made it many times with sliced chicken.

I frequently make baked chicken with Wishbone's Robusto Italian and some seasonings - cooks in 40 minutes @ 400.

I like to make Parmesan Crusted Chicken! It very healthy and tastes super yummy!!

Ingredients
Chicken breasts--4
Parmesan Cheese (about 1/2 cup)
Dijon Mustard (about 1/4 cup)
Oregano, Thyme, Basil, and Garlic (1/4 tsp each)
Olive Oil (2 TBS)

Directions:
Mix mustard, oil, oregano, basil, thyme, and garlic together. Coat chicken with mixture. Dip each side of the chicken breast in the parmesan cheese.

Place each breast on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for about 30 minutes (depending on size) at 350 degrees!

Enjoy! This is an excellent recipe for anyone on the Atkins diet!
