Dishing It Up: New May Giveaway--Country Gourmet Food Mixes

 Over the last year, our hop has grown and changed to make it better for you. Each month, we bring you recipes with a different theme and this month we're focused on recipes with 5 Ingredients or Less! Earlier this year, we added a website and a Facebook page.

In March, we brought you our first giveaway and here we are at it again! This month's giveaway is sponsored by Mama Mixes. It's hard to plan and cook around mine and my husband's full time (overtime!) jobs.

my older 2 kids are rather picky but my husband isn't & doesn't believe that they should be either. SUPER annoying so I try to make EVERYONE happy...

I find it hard to not go over-board with planning menus and give myself too much to do for just a quick weeknight meal! I love ethnic food. It is also hard to make food that will appeal to even the youngest members of the family!
