Update on Tom Thumb Mix and Match Sale

I told you about the sale this week at Tom Thumb here.  When I went in there today to buy my 8 items, I asked the cashier about the *or more* part.  Here's the deal:  once you hit 8 qualifying items, $0.50 will be deducted from your total for each item included in the sale.  For example, you could buy 9 items, and get $4.50 deducted.   Buy 10, get $5 deducted, and so on.

Hope that clarifies things a bit.

I actually had time last night to get my coupon binder completely in order, and after the new coupons come tomorrow, I am planning on heading back over to Tom Thumb with ALL of my coupons just to see what other deals I can find. =)
