I'm back!....and it's a whole new month!.

Wow!  It seems like it has been forever since I made a post on here, and actually it has been a whole month!  I had 3 consecutive sets of houseguests, and just got back into town after a two-week long go visit every living relative in Louisiana vacation trip with a 4 and 1 year old (who had a birthday and learned to walk while we were gone).  Phew!

Now I am sitting here trying to get life back to some semblance of normalcy.  I think the fact that our front door is still blocked by suitcases might be hindering that just a bit. ;)

I have a to do list a mile long now that we are home, but I think what is bothering me the most is the large stack of unclipped, unorganized coupons sitting beside me.  I honestly haven't had a chance to clip and organize *my* coupons in about a month, also.  Plus, I have family members who save their coupons to send to me periodically, so I brought all of them home with me from our visit.  I am very grateful for all of the extra savings that I know will come from them all, but I'm feeling quite overwhelmed just looking at them all, so I'm contemplating trying out a new method of organizing and storing-more on that later.  Any suggestions would be welcome, however. =)

Hopefully you've been keeping up with yours a little bit better than I have.  If you haven't been, or if you are new to all of this, today is a GREAT day to start up/get back on track for two reasons:  1) Today's newspaper had 4 coupon inserts!  A large Smartsource, two Red Plums, and a P&G insert.  2) It's the first of the month, and there are ALOT of new, really great coupons available on coupons.com.  There are several that should make really good deals if your grocery store doubles, so head on over there and check them out.

For the next few days, I'm going to be unpacking and getting my coupons/shopping lists together, as well as going through my emails.  Since I have been away from a printer for a couple of weeks, I'm sure I will find plenty of great printables that have been released recently, so I will try to compile a list of those for you soon.
