Aldi Trip 6/9
I had to pass Aldi on the way to a playdate this morning. I decided to stop on the way home, even though I wasn't finished making my menu list. I had skipped Aldi last week, and just grabbed milk at Kroger, so we were getting desperately low on a few things, plus there was a lot of cheap fruit I wanted to grab while I was there. I may end up having to run out again for a few things because we are having dinner guests tomorrow, but at least now I have the major necessities and don't have to rush up my planning.
Here's what I came home with:
I paid $27.29 for all of this, including a gallon of milk not pictured (It had gone up 10 more cents to $1.89).
My 5 year old was carrying it in the house, and for some reason, instead of sitting it down gently like she usually does, she tossed it down on my dining floor (carpeted) and the jug cracked open. I was able to funnel most of it into the jug we nearly finished off this morning, but what a mess!
She was very sorry, and helped clean it up, and she even arranged my groceries for my picture for me when my mom called without me even asking her to. So, if you were thinking it looked a bit sloppy, thats why. ;)
I'm still working on the other good sales this week, to go along with the meat and produce deals, and should have them up later tonight.
Where do you plan on shopping this week?

Oh my, it sounds like you have quite a helper Amanda, and I sure like her set up:)
My youngest son loves to help me arrange the groceries too.
Thank you for linking up at the Aldi SavingsLinky at the Aldi Spot.
I don't think she did such a bad job! I could have done without the spilled milk though. My youngest I kept having to drag out of the picture because she was trying to break into the strawberries. =)
