Leftover Watermelon?
I'm sitting here looking at a ton of leftover watermelon. Maybe you are too! Maybe, you found super cheap watermelon at Aldi (or elsewhere) like I did, and you stocked up and now don't know what to do with it?
Well, I just came across this free Watermelon Recipe E-Cookbook. Some of the things in it look pretty tasty! I've having trouble deciding which to try.

My husband likes to cut it all up and freeze it in chunks. Makes a great afternoon snack without spoiling dinner.
I have some that I did that with, but I have to ask...how do you keep it from getting all stuck together in the freezer? It's like a solid chunk in the bag and i had a lot of trouble getting a few pieces out for my daughter.
