Menu Plan: Back In Town And Getting Ready For Christmas
We got back in town just last night, so I'm taking a couple days (last night and tonight) to eat from the freezer while spending some time unpacking and catching up with the laundry and whatnot. After that, I'm going to cook up some of the meats that I bought from El Rio Grande last week.
Here's my plan:
Monday: Turkey Stuffing Casserole
Tuesday: Turkey Pot Pie
Wednesday: Pork Stew (using pork stew meat)
Thursday: Leftovers (hopefully freeze some, too)
Friday: Vegetable Beef Soup (using beef shank)
Saturday: Leftovers (hopefully some of this to freeze, too)
Sunday: Christmas dinner with some distant relatives who live nearby.
You can see I've jotted down some breakfast and lunch plans as well, but those are very flexible around here.
