Tom Thumb Trip 12/2~ 60% Savings

Tom Thumb is having a GREAT sale this week!    (<---- those are all the coupon match-ups).

Seriously, it was the biggest ad I'd seen for them in quite some time, and some really great prices to be seen at this normally overpriced store!

I should have gotten my coupons together last night, but after posting all the match-ups, I was just too tired, so I waited until this morning and it took be a bit longer than expected.  (Of course, I was also gathering coupons to shop at Kroger and Albertsons as well.  I'll hit those later.)

It was almost 11 by the time I got out of the house, so I opted for just one store, and then home to feed the kid. She was soooo good while we shopped that I ended up taking her to Wendy's for chicken nuggets since it was lunchtime when we left.

I put so many meals into my freezer last week that I really wasn't in need of buying any meats this week, so I thought that with these prices it would be a good time to stock up on some snack items that we've been without.  I even got us each a small $0.69 tub of ice cream for a treat tonight!

I'm going to try to hit Albertsons and Kroger tonight by myself, but we will see what happens.
