CVS Trip 3/26--Saved 93%

Last night I sat down and pulled out coupons to shop at 4 different stores.  I went to two today, and plan on hitting the other two tomorrow morning (had to wait until payday!)

My first stop today was at CVS.  I went in with $15 in ECBs to spend.  I was able to stock up on Easter candy, as well as some food items we were running low on.

Here's what I got:

Shelf Price:  $34.89
Sale Price:  $22.99  (Already 34 % Savings)
Price Paid After Coupons and ECBs:  $2.40  93% Savings    And I got back $7.99 in ECBs.


The scanner machine gave me a $0.25 off two of the small eggs that are $1 for 2 and FREE after ECBs, and I used $1/2 coupons so I got them for much better than free!

I think that should be enough candy for my little ones for Easter....if only I can hide those Reese's eggs from myself and my husband.  *Shhhhh, they're in the Easter baskets on the top shelf of the closet*  And I only ate 1.   ;)
