Shopping Trip 6/13: Tom Thumb 68% Savings

I was very happy to see that Tom Thumb was having their Mix and Match sale going on again this week because I never made it there last week.  I spent last night and part of today clipping some coupons that would be expiring soon and stuffing them into my binder so I could make sure I had a good variety of coupons to match with any items that would be on sale (I don't normally shop with my binder).  I took my 5 year old along and she had a great time hunting sale tags as we walked up and down the aisles.

I was a bit disappointed that I didn't find more items for super cheap, but I found a few items that we were in need of for very low prices.

Here is everything that I came home with tonight:

Total Shelf Price:  $31.66
Total Sale Price:   $17.76    Already a 44% Savings
Price Paid After Coupons:  $10.01  68% Savings


All items I purchased except for the two Celestial Seasonings teas were part of the Mix and Match Sale, where if you bought 8 or more participating items, you got an extra $0.50 deducted from the price of each.

I found the teas on a clearance rack at the back of the store marked half price, which made them just $1.25.  I also had two $0.75 printables from their facebook page (still available), that made them just $0.50 each.  I've never tried these two flavors, but since I paid less for two boxes than I would have paid for one, I was open to trying new things. ;)
