Aldi Trip 11/22: Getting Ready For The Week
This morning I shared with you how I had actually made a menu plan. I have everything I need for tonight's dinner, but I thought that I might as well go and get the rest of what i would be needing for the week today instead of procrastinating until the last minute.
There were only a few items I needed to complete my dinner menus, but since I have plans to cook extra to freeze, I needed a lot of those things. I was also running pretty low on lunch supplies, and since my daughter will be home for lunch the rest of the week after today, I grabbed a few easy frozen items that she likes.
Here is everything I got today:
I spent $44.90 on all of this, and its the first shopping I've done since Kroger last Tuesday, and I do not plan on having to go back at all until next Monday, so I think I did pretty good sticking to a budget even without coupons this week. Planning meals around what we already had was a huge help!
