Menu Plan: Still In Progress
I knew that making a menu plan without having turkey leftovers was going to be difficult. Making it extra difficult is the lack of grocery sale ads this past week. They were virtually non-existent, so I've not been to the store. My husband did run to Wal-Mart (with both girls, while I was cooking!) on Saturday to browse for gift ideas and grab a few things we needed.
I decided to shift last week's menu around a bit and made a Turkey Taco Quiche (delicious, and recipe to be posted), so I needed a couple more things to make that, and pushed my soup back until Monday. (I actually made two soups, one with meat and one with lentils).
Monday: Turkey Soup
Tuesday: Turkey Soup again (then freezing it)
Wednesday: Broccoli & Ham Quiche (in freezer)
Thursday: Old El Paso Taco Stuffers (I have tortillas in the freezer I need to use.)
Friday: Red Beans and Rice (If I get to the store and buy red beans-I have sausage in the freezer.)
Weekend: Yet to decide.
How is your menu planning going?

I love visiting the MPM participants to get recipe ideas. Tonight we're having Pozole. And since the hubby is cooking I can sit back...and wash the dishes.
Thanks for stopping by! I'm trying to get back to making my menu plans, so I thought that linking up would be a good motivator! I hope you found some great recipes, and I love it when my husband cooks! =)
