Menu Plan: Eating From The Freezer
Saturday I posted my weekend rewind post about how organized and filled with food my freezer used to be, and I lamented that it was not that way now. Well Sunday night, I went out into the garage and took inventory of my freezer, and I was stunned to find 31 cooked meals in there!
This week, I've got a lot of things on my to do list, so I decided that I would just eat up some of the stuff we already have cooked and ready to eat.
Here's my plan:
Monday: Spaghetti (leftovers)
Tuesday: Turkey Taco Quiche
Wednesday: Lentil soup (made from the turkey stock)
Thursday: Roast
Friday: Chicken and Dumplings
Saturday: Gumbo
Sunday: Chicken Soup
