Survey A Day Challenge: Valued Opinions
Tonight I had another survey from Valued Opinions waiting in my inbox. It was for $2, and I qualified for it. it said it would take 20 minutes, I do not think it took that long.
When I was done, it took my back to my account, where I found this:
I then remembered about the $1.50 survey I had pending from last week. I wasn't expecting it to credit so soon! I claimed my $20 voucher for Amazon, and the site said it would take up to 10 days for the code to get to me after I hit submit, but look what showed up instantly in my inbox!
I was so excited about how quickly it came. This is a site that I'm relatively new to, so I was very, very pleased at how quickly the rewards could be earned, and especially how quickly they were sent! We're talking seconds!
I highly recommend this company! If you'd like to try it out, click the image below:

Survey A Day Challenge: I Earned 20 Pts. From Opinion Outpost
Today I qualified for a survey from OpinionOutpost. It has always been one of my very favorite survey sites, and when I was more actively taking surveys, it was very easy to earn rewards from them, and that seems to still be true.
I clicked it, and got little more information, but I know this to be a company that assigns fairly, if not generously, so I went with it.
Before too many questions, I realized that I had in fact qualified for this survey (its easy to tell when they get into subject matter). This one was actually asking my opinion of several options of a cover of a new movie, and then a few about my technology usage in general.
Here's what I got when it ended:

Survey A Day Challenge: Valued Opinions (Updating My Profiles Worked!)
Yesterday, I told you about how I had updated my profile surveys on Valued Opinions. Well, guess what I found waiting in my inbox?
That's right, a survey invitation! The reward was $1.50, so if I qualified, that would get me to the payout threshold, so I went for it!
You can see how their emails clearly state the topic (however vague it may be HA!), as well as the reward and the amount of time you can expect to spend (usually an overestimation if you are a quick clicker!).
I went through this survey quickly, and I did qualify! Woohoo! Now my account still shows the $19 I had waiting yesterday, but I now have $1.50 pending! (I hope not for too long!)
If you would like to sign up with Valued Opinions and begin earning money that can be cashed out for gift vouchers (currently available are: Amazon, Macy's, Visa, Mariot, Magazines.com, and FragranceNet), click on the image below to register:

Survey A Day Challenge: Ok, Ok...Maybe A Survey A Week???
I have had houseguests. Two rounds of houseguests, three days apart to be exact. Now don't get me wrong! I absolutely love when family comes to visit us. It gets a little lonely here without any relatives around (my husband and I both grew up amidst gobs of family members, so its a bit strange!).
I am, however, a very easily distracted individual. Especially when I am actually getting to have adult conversation. Thus, my survey taking, and blogging in general were a bit sparse the past couple of weeks. Part of me wants to apologize for that, but the rational part of my brain is telling me that's just how life goes, and you all get that, and that's just the way it needed to be. So no apologies.
It's a new week, with no distractions, and I'm ready to get things back to normal around my house (that means cleaning that I let slide, too!) and around here on the blog.
So I went through the emails that I had from survey companies. Many of them had already ended and I missed out. Some of them tried to find me survey after survey to no avail. The only one I had luck with today was SurveySpot.
Surveys: Fill Out Your Profiles
I've been sharing my Survey A Day Challenge with you guys (and admittedly I've not had time to do one each day yet), but I thought I would spend a little bit of time talking about the importance of filling out your profile surveys.
This morning, I got a profile survey invite by email from Valued Opinions (I like it when they send email reminders about these things, or when they've created new profile surveys). A few sites even offer points for filling these out so pay close attention.
I decided to log into my account and fill out this particular profile survey even though there were no points attached for two reasons:
- I like to keep my profile surveys filled in because they can better cater surveys to me and only send the ones I'm likely to qualify for. When they create new profile surveys, it is usually actually a screener of sorts for a new set of surveys coming up in the near future, and your answers may pre-qualify you.
- I just wanted to see what my balance was in my account. (Honestly, I could not even remember the last time I had taken one of their surveys, and often if the points do not credit right away, I will come back and surprisingly be able to cash out.
- I had $19 waiting in my account (I need $20 to cash out an Amazon certificate). Sooo close!
- It said my profile surveys were only 24% complete (that's really not like me!)

My Survey A Day Challenge: Today I Earned From Global Test Market
Yesterday I shared with you a brand new survey site and I told you that I had challenged myself to begin taking my surveys that are daily in my inbox. I used to take nearly all the ones that came to me, but with blogging and a second child they sort of got pushed to the side.
They were a fun way to earn a little extra spending money, and it was always exciting when the checks came...even if they were for $2! LOL. Really fun is when full sized products show up at my door to test! It's been a really long time since I've gotten to do that!
So I told myself that while my youngest was napping each day, I was going to take a bit of time out of cleaning/posting coupon deals to take a few surveys. Now most of the ones that show up in my inbox, I will not qualify to complete, and those don't that very much time to screen out of. So my challenge to myself is to take the short screeners until I qualify for at least one each day. Sometimes, when you screen out of one, the survey company will automatically offer another to you. That is what happened to me today.
This was in my email:
It took my about two seconds to find out that I did not qualify, and then this popped up:
Note that this one is offering more points and telling me how long it will take. I began it and qualified for it. I'm not sure if it took as long as stated because I was multitasking. ;) But, I earned my 40 points!
Cash out is a check at $50 and it does take a while to get there, but they often offer longer online focus groups that pay point ranges equal to $20+, so those help speed things along.
