New Type Of Deal Site: Daily Scoup

Have you ever bought a daily deal through a site like Groupon, paid for it up front, and then ended up letting it expire?  Or been stressed out trying to use it before it did?  I would have to answer yes to both!

Here's a new site that does things a little bit differently, and I think I like it!

Here's how it works:  You go to DailyScoup.com and check out the offers available.  If you see one you want, you pay $1 to reserve the deal.  Then you print out a certificate, they call it a Scoupon, to bring to the retailer.  It works just like a coupon does,  You hand it over at the place of business and are given the discount on the spot.  You don't pay until you use it, so if you end up not being able to use it, you're only out $1!  I like that idea a lot!

Totsy: Adorable Kids Cloths At Great Discounts

I don't do a whole lot of online shopping at discount sites, mainly because I simply do not have the funding to.  I'm also not exactly what you would call a fashionista...I like to keep things pretty simple when it comes to my wardrobe.  I happen to be lounging around in sweats as we speak.

However, having two little girls, there is one site that I cannot help but gush over everytime I see what is offered, and that is Totsy!  If you haven't signed up yet and gotten on their email list, you totally should!

Daily Deals sites are popping up all over the place.  Everyday, it seems my email is bombarded with tons of money saving offers on a plethora of services.  Many of these are things you would not normally spend money on (the multitude of spa services come to mind....although one of these days I intend to splurge on a massage!).
